Hello fellow Michael ! (oh my god, I can't believe there is another guy with the same name as me! that totally never happens! Am I right !? =D )

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. It's nice to see people are actually reading it (at least when I update!) and it's even nicer to see them leave some real comments, like yours.

To answer your question too, I am not yet a Linguistics major, I actually only have that english class at the moment. I was late to register for classes. That's okay though, because I really only wanted to start it slow for the first semester just to transition into heavier work loads. First time round I went to college, I took a heavy course load. Although It found itself to be much lighter after I was dropped from a couple classes. OOPS.

Anyways, this time around I am playing it smart, and will begin my major once I know exactly what I need to get done for my general as well as finding out what exactly my small community college offers. But I am probably just going to be doing english and math until I can apply for transfer to UC Davis and really begin my major.

Well, I hope that was enough answer for you !!! =D

Oh and how silly of me, I was so self absorbed I forgot to mention about how I love your pictures !!!

The plant photos are amazing, but what I love most is some of those photo walks of yours. They really show a side of Japan I don't get to see from people like Dannychoo. You know, the more mild rural and suburban side of Japan. Those pictures of all the hustle and bustle of the Tokyo night life are cool, but that's only one side of Japan.

(ps. You tanuki post is win!)
