Giant Crab

Guest Blogger Hao here ^^
As a tourist, it's almost impossible not to notice the giant mechanical crab in front of かに道楽本店 -- Kani Doraku. Of course this was my rendezvous point at my favorite city. Anyone around here knows where to find the giant crab?
Miyajima Torii

Hi, I'm Hao, this week's guest blogger at MichaelFlux.com. You can reach me through Instant-Ramen.net, my all-Japan related website or via my Twitter, HaoDesu. Hope you enjoy my entries! Yoroshiku ne! ^_~
Back on track, you're probably familiar with Japanese gates called Torii, this one in particular is Miyajima's Torii, in Hiroshima, one of Japan's biggest tourist attractions (if you're in Japan you definitely have to go there!). This one in particular is inside of the water, and appears to be floating on high tide.

I am extremely please to announce that in my week long absence, my shoes will be filled by the very capable (I hope) Hao of Instant-Ramen.net! What will he post? Honestly, I don't have a clue. Seriously. Whatever it is that he'll be writing about, hopefully it will be entertaining to you, if not, well, you know where he lives, so you can troll him there. :p
If this goes well, there will be many more guest bloggers in the future. ^_^
MichaelFlux.com - 3 months later
Jul 02 2009 23:48 | 26 Comments
Another few months pass, and I'm back with another update on the site stats as I did for a week after launch, and a month after launch. I'm actually a bit late with this post as according to Habari, "Michael Flux has been active for 3 months and 18 days". I couldn't really make this post on the date when I hit 3 month exactly, as interestingly enough, my site was killed by GoDaddy on that specific day, I mean I was literally a few hours away from making that post when the site got killed. Anyway, on to the juicy numbers!

Transformers 2

Yesterday I saw Transformers 2, Revenge of the Fallen. To sum up up thoughts and feelings in two words, Wow... yeah... It's not even that it was particularly bad, I mean the CG was most excellent, the actual quality of all the work was great, but then whole movie was just lacking any sort of a story or plot.

Cherry Tree

Next to the house which I currently inhabit is a small cherry tree which came with the house from the previous owners. In the last 5 years the tree has become twice larger and each year delivers more and more cherries.
