Another day, another walk. In this one, mostly just photos of cars. ^_^

Passing by some random shops.

Ferris wheel stuck to the side of a building. Looks wonderful at night when everything is lit up ^_^

Actually the reason for me going out on that day wasn't just to walk around - just after one of my clients, an automotive news site, saw the few random snapshots I took of the Victory Spec Nissan GT-R, they requested I go and take some more photos so they can post it on their site.

Reason why they were so interested in it, is because Nissan just reveled this model barely a week before and almost none of the other major automotive sites had any non-pr photos of it.

The difference between this and regular R35 are basically just a more powerful engine, more carbon fiber pieces (for example the rear spoiler), then sportier seats and the so called "Ultimate Black Opal" paint job. Looks great eh?

I do miss the days when the GT-R was called Skyline. Now its just "Nissan GT-R (R35)".

One thing I love about this car, is that like a Porsche, you can actually use it as a day-to-day car. As opposed to some other super cars where it feels like your ass is scratching the pavement and you feel every single rock on the ground with your back... Plus unlike say, a Ferrari, this won't be spending 95% of its life traveling between your garage and the factory for the constant repairs and tuneups.

Oh and sitting in this feels like you're sitting in front of your TV playing racing games. Even standing still, it feels "fun".

The nice lady let me take a peek under the hood.

The lady in question ^_^

Oh, by the way, whereas the regular GT-R has some nice, surprisingly decent back seats, the SpecV has just some thin pieces of material over the carbon fiber. I would feel bad even making a dog sit in the back of this.

The door handles on the GT-R are absolutely marvelous. Seriously, why can't all cars have such cool handles? Here you just press on it, and up pops the actual handle. So damn cool.

Then in the same showroom, a 370z in it's best color.

And another GT-R with all the aftermarket NISMO stuff on it. Different rims, tires, exhaust, and some other crap - all in all saves something like 20kg. Well, to each his own I guess, I'd much rather spend the money on some nice bodykit.

Such gorgeous wheels on the 370z

Just snapped a few more shots of the Cube that was standing there.

Such pretty rims ^_^

I really was never a fan of cheap/small cars as I was so put off by them after seeing all the cheap trash from GM, Chrysler and Ford. Then I saw this little thing. Honestly, wow. Compared to all the other small cars I've been in, this is seriously so amazingly comfortable. Granted, the dash is a bit silly, and the ergonomics of it could use some improvement - but the seats are some of the best I've ever sat on in cars of this genre.

Estates are such amazingly practical cars. Almost all the sportiness of a saloon, plus the usability of a van. Honestly wonder why anyone ever bothers buying SUVs. Well, ok, I understand buying a Jeep Wrangler-like vehicle for off-road use, but given how worthless almost all of the SUVs are on anything but a perfect road... yeah, a bit silly.

Still waiting...

And a larger photo of the cute girl. ^_^

Vroom vroom! I find it funny how most of the Ferraris out there, are red. Am I the only one who thinks they look a bit cheesy in this color? Something more cherry-red would be tons better methinks.

Really love this park near Fushimi Station (伏見駅). The moment you step into it and get closer to the water, you just stop hearing all the city noises - so nice and peaceful there.

That Nissan GT-R looks so hot... would love one of those. ^^

I'm not much for estates, have always had hatchback versions of cars like the Renault Megane, VW Golf, VW Polo...

Hmm.... i must have deleted the cookies or something, because i didn't notice that my nick and mail weren't there... i like chupa chups :O

I dont know a lot about cars, but first one is very nice... im saving money to buy a new car, as my wife needs to move from her job to pick up the baby.. and i was thinking about a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO.. lol, i must say that i really liked that car after watching INITIAL D :P .. maybe its just a dream, besides, Puerto Vallarta has the worst streets of mexico (i believe), they are stone roads, and after a few month your car starts to make noises, everything gets loose, but it also depends on how fast you drive, i drive very slow when not on concrete street.

Japan has some very nice roads. even in small towns.. but they are scary because there are no side walks, just yellow lines.. They really look like 1 way street.

Nissan GT-R is really sexy, like a japanese Ferrari. And, of course, the most interesting thing is the price that isn't as high as Porsche.

Wow! I gotta be honest, I'm not a car guy at all, but not only are all those photos amazing, the very first one of the Victory Spec Nissan GT-R is friggin awesome!! That picture blew me away.

I also dug that Ferris wheel. I've seen that in picture before and it's so rad. Only the Japanese I guess. lol

Did you get any of those girls numbers? *wink wink nudge nudge*
