Around the city 5

Wanted to get this out yesterday, but the internet was being... well, American. So here it is a day late.
Before I get to the city, heres a photo I took during the day of that day. Absolutely loved the design of this street, every 10 meters or so, there is a small garden of sorts, each on a different side of the street. Really other then it looking cool, the only explanation I can think of doing this, was to prevent speeding as it would be quite difficult to build up a high speed while having to maneuver around these gardens all the way down the street.
But anyways now, back to the city. The guy sitting down seems to be a construction worker.
An accident but very pretty nonetheless.
Again going though the center of Nagoya Station to get to the other side as it takes 3 times longer to walk around it on either side.
A few blocks down the street from Nagoya Station looking back. The station is the two round skyscrapers sticking out behind everything else.
Saw this cool looking establishment. The walls and ceilings are covered with red carpet or something along those lines. Either way it would be a pain to clean it or get rid of dust.
Not sure why, but took a photo of this. Something must've caught my eye, the dish maybe?
This pachinko parlor was closed for whatever reason.
Looks nice and peaceful now, but when they're open, they're so ridiculously loud that you can barely go within 10 meters of them, much less inside. Don't get how some people can spend their entire days in them.
A bunch of taxis lined up along the side of the road.
As this was back in January, everything was still covered in lights after New Year.
The whale that I showed in a previous article, seems to glow at night.
Apple has a 2 story flagship store in Nagoya.
Looking a different direction you'll find a weird looking tree-like building.
Inside the Apple Store you'll find very very pretty glass stairs. Love the fact that its just glass and nothing but glass (with the exception of the small metal pieces holding the steps in place). The glass on the steps is of course matte, so you can't take a peak when someone wearing a skirt is going up. ^_^
On the same street is a small shop with a ton of different cameras,
lenses,
and more cameras.
On display mostly just expensive professional film cameras.
One of the many small canals found throughout the city.

Really love these 3 photos, turned out quite nice I think. ^_^
Back behind Nagoya Station.
Another shot from the same place. All the logos on the BIC CAMERA store light up at night. Interestingly enough, Apple is missing. Also the Intel logo had to be changed 3 years back when Intel updated it.
Wanted to try the video mode of the LX3 at night so shot a few short videos. Don't forget to click on the HD button for higher quality.
Kinda felt sorry for the girl with everyone ignoring her...
A large screen on the front of a building. Running nothing but ads 24/7 it seems. They could've at least run some cartoons or something...

@Ragnar, Yup, while it won't replace a regular camcorder, for what it is, not bad at all. Its one of the reasons why I got the LX3 over the Canon G10, the video mode on the G10 is absolutely horrendous. The LX3 shoots at 1280x720 at 24 fps or at 848 x 480 at 30fps - of course all the other 640x480, 320x240 etc resolutions are there also.
