Around the neighborhood 4

Today I continue on with the Around the neighborhood series, even though technically speaking it is no longer the neighborhood where I lived, but rather the surrounding areas. Thinking about renaming the series going forward, to something else, but can’t really think of any better names for it. Anyone has any suggestions for what I can call this series? Basically, what I’m looking for is some name for these photo walks, but “photo walk”, sounds too generic and boring, in my opinion. If you have a suggestion, please leave it in the comments.
Now, moving on to the photos. As you may have noticed by now, most of the streets are 1 lane wide. Somehow 2 cars usually manage to squeeze by one another.
Another one of the awesome parking roofs I mentioned in a previous article. Typically they are either grey like the one you see above, blue, or in some cases pink.
Amazing how well the traditional and contemporary designs complement each other.
As all cables, almost everywhere, are above ground, there are poles quite literally everywhere.
Walking along a small road, I see a cat just sitting in the middle of it.
As I approach the cat, I notice he looks very Asian.
Some property covered in empty pots.
A small shrine of sorts with a statue to some military figure.
An example of the pink roofs. At the end of the street, a striped building. Another one of Leopalace21’s properties. They only have 3-4 different designs for their buildings, so they’re quite easily recognized.
Quite large gas (the vapor kind, as in not petrol) containers. Gas is probably stored in liquid state.
The gas containers, stand within only 20-30 meters of homes.
Many homes have small walls around the property. Very often behind the walls are quite amazing looking gardens. Have a few photos of them to post in a future article.
Walking next to another shrine I see another cat.
Looks a bit weird with the black spot right in the center of the face. While walking around noticed cats everywhere. But only cats, no dogs or any other animals. Any random cats walking around where you live?
At first I noticed the cables covering the sky all the time. Then as I got used to them, started noticing them only when looking at the photos.
A bus station. Found the construction of the roof quite interesting. Behind the station is a school.
Quite a bit of flowers everywhere.
And more flowers outside of a house.
Trucks belonging to a company parked in an empty lot, or a parking. However you’d like to classify it as.
Most houses aren’t too big in terms of the footprint, but a lot are 3, and in some cases even 4 stories tall.
A small playground.
Another small street with some very small parking spaces.
These things I absolutely loved. The parking platforms go up and down like an elevator and in place of one car, you can park 3, or even more cars.
JDM Honda Odyssey on the right, Toyota Crown on the bottom left, and a Toyota Vitz, or Yaris as its known in other parts of the world, above.
Parked very close to the wall. The orange sticker on the back indicates that its an elderly driver. The car is a (Toyota) Will Cypha. A cute ad for the model below.
Bicycles next to an apartment building.
And this is just plain damn cool. Rather then just backing in with the cars to the house as everyone else has done, these people made this awesome lifting parking. Now you can part 2 cars there while also having space for a small garden in front of the house. Seriously, how awesome is this?

Well, "made" in the sense of 'paid a company to install it'. But yes, you can buy them. :D

Yeah, one of the many things I've been thinking, still not entirely sure. Will probably go with the current naming scheme for a bit longer till I come up with something witty. :p
